Programme Structure & Modules
Our Management & Leadership Programmes are built using a modular structure, allowing organisations to select, combine, and customise the topics most relevant to their needs. Each unit is designed to develop practical leadership capability, rooted in real-world application, and supported through blended delivery. The duration of each unit would depend on the audience of the programme, however typically they last between 80 and 110 minutes.
